Before founding S&W Wealth in partnership with Stanley & Williamson Tax Advisors, Dean has been a leading mentor to some of the most awarded young talent in the financial advice industry. His superb ability to implement an efficient business model with high standards in detail, duty and compliance has set the groundwork for S&W Wealth to be able to offer impeccable and focussed service.
In working directly with clients, Dean is passionate about developing a financial strategy that fits with their goals, objectives and passions in life. "Investment portfolios and returns are the last thing that I talk to a client about. Investments need to have a context which are your personal goals."
Dean has held several positions on family boards of high net wealth family clients and has directed teams of accountants and lawyers in managing family affairs. He has an Honours in Economics, a Diploma in Financial Planning.
Chris is a Wealth Advisor, specializing in strategic advice including investment structuring, superannuation, retirement planning, and wealth management for high net wealth clients. He is also knowledgeable in Self-Managed Superannuation helping clients implement complex strategies. Chris is passionate about working with clients to achieve their financial goals and ambitions.
Chris joined S&W Wealth in 2021 and has an extensive background in financial services. He commenced his financial planning career in retail banking and since then has worked in accounting, private wealth, and stockbroking firms.
Chris holds a Diplomas in Financial Planning, a specialist Self-Managed Super Fund accreditation, and a Degree in Economics from Sydney University. He is currently undertaking his Master's in Financial Planning at the University of Technology, Sydney.
Bentley helps keep the wheels turning at S&W Wealth. He is our quality control guy on the ground and manages our team in Cebu. He assists our Wealth Managers with accurate client data management and “fact find” research. Bentley also quality checks our Statements of Advice and liaises with our insurance providers to ensure our clients can be kept up to date with any changes.
Client Service Officer
'Ge' is the first point of call for client enquiries and keeps clients informed of account updates and project progress. She will sometimes be in touch with you when documents need to be signed or if we need to book a meeting with you. She manages the onboarding of new clients by preparing and sending out engagement and fee disclosure statements and helps our Wealth Advisers prepare data and documents for all of our financial reviews. Once we’ve made our recommendations, she helps prepare the statement of advice which makes it all official.
